'During our stay at La Manga Club my wife and myself played all three courses. We enjoyed all three, but our particular favourite was the North Course. As a low handicap golfer (3), I enjoy most courses that I play. However, my wife, who plays off 34, often struggles on a lot of courses - not so on this one. The 2nd hole, a Par 3, and the shortest hole on the three courses, will certainly test your putting skills, and the 6th hole is a Par 5 that has to be played with respect. The greens are fantastic and the fairways quite generous. My wife said that it is great to play on a golf course where you do not have to be the world's biggest hitter to enjoy it. By the way, she played two under her handicap.'

'Not as long as the south and not as tight as the west, this course is both a challenge for the low handicapper and the fairest test of the three for the high handicapper. Well designed and offering more variety than the south course it is a real pleasure to play. The long 15th is a real chance to open the shoulders and the 13th is a great challenge. All the par 3's are different from the simple 2nd to the well laid out 4th. Mind the swimming pool as you finish on the 18th, a really well laid out course.'
