Paul, aged 52 is married with two grown up children and two teenage foster daughters.
'Retired' in 2005 after selling a major home improvement business to pursue his lifelong interest in cycling. A keen cyclist since the age of 14 and a former Chairman and Secretary of Oldham CTC as well as a former editor of the 'Northern Wheel' cycling magazine, Paul has organised and led a number of private and fund raising tours over the years.
As well as enjoying a busy family life and avid supporter of Oldham Athletic Paul is an active member and past president of Todmorden Rotary Club.
