Prize Draw Rules

Below are the rules that apply to the prize draws that appear on the site.

• The prize will consist of a tennis holiday (flights, private transfers, HB accommodation and 20 hours tennis tuition for 2
• Entries are only open to current members of tennis clubs within the UK.
• The closing date for entries is 31st January 2012.
• Active Away Ltd is a UK site and this prize draw is only open to EU residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted.
• Persons connected with Active Away Ltd are ineligible.
• The winner will be selected at random by computer on 1st February 2012 then notified by email within 72 hours.
• The winner's David Lloyd Membership Number will be verified before announcing the winner, in the event of a number being incorrect another winner will be drawn.
• All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
• By submitting information each visitor to Active Away Ltd agrees to receive the Active Away newsletter periodically.
• Active Away Ltd is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
