Below are the rules that apply to the prize draws that appear on the site.
- The prize will consist of a tennis holiday (flights, transfers, accommodation and 20 hours tennis tuition for 2 on any of the David Lloyd Calendar of holidays)
- Entries are only open to current members of David Lloyd Leisure, Harbour Clubs and Amida Hampton.
- The closing date for entries is 30th June 2010.
- Active Away Ltd is a UK site and this prize draw is only open to EU residents aged 18 or over.
- Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted.
- Persons connected with Active Away Ltd are ineligible.
- The winner will be selected at random by computer on 1st July 2010 then notified by email within 72 hours.
- The winner's David Lloyd Membership Number will be verified before announcing the winner, in the event of a number being incorrect another winner will be drawn.
- All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
- By submitting information each visitor to Active Away Ltd agrees to receive the Active Away newsletter periodically.
- Active Away Ltd is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
