 As well as your extensive tennis programme there is plenty to keep you occupied during your stay, for the explorer's amongst you, you are able to get out and see the island: see the stunning area from a boat on an island tour or maybe join one of the guided hiking trails through the rainforest. For the more relaxed minded amongst you, you could pay a trip to the tranquil Blue Spa or simply bask in the sun and enjoy staring out over the enchanting crystal clear ocean.
Tennis
There are nine fantastic tennis courts at Carlisle Bay – eight cushioned hard courts, four of which are floodlit and one artificial grass court. There is also a fully equipped pro shop so should you need any extra equipment during your stay it will all be taken care of.
Cinema
There is a 45-seat cinema at Carlisle Bay, with a film screening each afternoon (at 4pm) and evening (9pm).
If you are feeling a little more active there is a water sports building at the end of the beach in which you can arrange a windsurfer, kayak or a Hobie Cat - windsurfing and sailing clinics are held most days. Scuba diving can be organised locally. There is a gym, with a very good range of Technogym equipment. Sessions can be arranged with one of the hotel's personal trainers. Yoga and Pilates classes take place in an open-air pavilion set amongst the lush tropical gardens.
SPA
Carlisle Bay's 17,000 sq. ft. Blue Spa provides a serene environment for relaxation whilst placing its emphasis on health, vitality and wellbeing. There are six luxurious treatment rooms There are six luxurious treatment rooms including a dedicated wet room and a couple's treatment room. A fabulous range of massage, facials and body treatments are available from pioneering Spanish skincare brand, Natura Bissé, including the renowned Diamond product collection.

Gymnasium
The Spa encompasses a state of the art air-conditioned gymnasium with the latest Technogym, equipment and a personal trainer on hand to offer any advice.
There is also an open-air pavilion set amongst the lush tropical gardens that is used for yoga and Pilates; it offers the perfect calming environment. There are classes that you can join and private sessions and tuition are also available.
