The retreat will provide a minimum of 2 yoga sessions a day with a variety of types of yoga on offer. Ranging from viniyoga practices to ashtanga and also power yoga routines. We cater for all abilities and fitness levels and our instructors have a diverse understanding of how yoga can influence and better the body for many types of sports, from running to tennis. They will be more than happy to talk over the possibility of creating a viniyoga plan that would be a personalised practice to meet your needs. The yoga on offer will help you to develop an acute awareness of your own anatomy and physiology, encouraging you to get the most from your practice.
There will also be an additional meditation session offered. This will adopt a yoga nidra technique to help you open your body with the conscious surrendering of your mind, this type of yoga has been known to reduce anxiety and tension.
